Description: A transaction's audit trail within Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) allows Shift4 to understand how a transaction was run and can help to explain abnormal transaction behavior a transaction may be experiencing. It is helpful to collect an Audit Trail to facilitate communication or escalation to other parties for issue resolution.
Note: The Audit Trail must be enabled on the logged-in user's LTM user profile settings.
- Select User > Change Profile.
- Scroll down to Other Options.
- Verify that the Show audit trail check box is selected.
- If it is not, check it and click Apply to enable this feature.
