What is causing this Error?

If you're receiving "Token Exchange: Unable to connect to the remote server" otherwise known as a "Bridge 3700" error, it means the Shift4 Interface is unable to speak to the UTG on the local network.

How do I resolve this Error?

Ensure that the network port number assigned to the Shift4 REST Interface in the UTG Tune-up and Shift4Interface are matching. If they are, ensure that the assigned Port is open on the network.
