What is causing this Error?
This error can occur when you are logged in to Windows and don't have Read/Write privileges to the specified file directory. This behavior can be a Windows permission issue or can be caused by Antivirus restrictions.
How do I resolve this Error?
To resolve a User Access Issue:
Log into Windows with a different user that has the required permissions or contact your IT staff to review security policies before proceeding with updating or installing the UTG.
If User Access is not the Issue:

Re-download the UTG2 Installer to your Administrator Desktop.

Download UTG2 Setup from: utg2setup.exe

Always download the latest UTG2 installer. This link above will never change or expire.

Run the installer, you will be presented with the Delete radio button. You must click the radio button or this error message will occur.
- Run the installer again (second time), and proceed as normal from here.
