What causes this issue?

OPI is not able to exchange the provided detail as it can not authenticate this value with the OPI server Site ID.

Example:

No Site ID is assigned for this setup in the UTG Standalone OPI mapping configuration.

How do I resolve this issue?

Assign the Site ID to the UTG OPI mapping configuration.
