What is causing this Error?
This error historically indicates that there was an issue with a recent UTG update or form loading procedure.
How do I resolve this Error?
- Ensure that both the UTG Stand Alone and Service are not running on the PC.
- Open the UTG TuneUp.
- Go to the Devices tab. You will likely see something like this:
If you select Edit, the settings will appear like this:
With this issue, the thread itself will not allow any connection to be made. Have the contact delete the device thread entirely and then use Add to recreate it.
