This error historically indicates that there was an issue with a recent UTG update, or form loading procedure. To resolve this:
- Ensure that both the UTG Standalone and Service are not running on the PC
- Open the UTG Tune-up
- Go to the devices tab. You will likely see something like this:
If you select Edit, the settings will appear like this:
With this issue, the thread itself will not allow any type of connection to be made. Have the contact delete the device thread entirely and then use Add to recreate it.
