What is causing this error?
- Micros E7 Interface timeout, and Bridge Interface timeout settings are incorrect
- The new DLL Files are not being transferred correctly to the workstation solution
How do I resolve this error?
- Verify the Interface settings in Micros E7 Configurator, and the Micros Timeout/UTG Timeout/Invoice Wait Delay settings are correct in Shift4 E7 Bridge per: Shift4 Bridge w/Micros e7 Setup Guide
- Validate DLL File placement per: Validating Client Application File Placement. After verifying, go into the Micros E7 Interface – Manager Procedures > workstations and then click on the affected workstation on the left pane before clicking ‘load newer definitions’ on the right pane. If the error persists transfer the DLL files to the workstation using the file utility outlined in Transfering E7 Files w/ File Utility.
