What is causing this Error? 

If you are receiving the error, "not a valid floating point value," there has been an attempt to install the software on a Windows OS  that is not set to the region of the United States.

How do I resolve this Error? 

In Windows 10    

1. Click the Start button, and then click Settings. 
2. Select Time & Language. 
3. Select Region in the menu on the left.
4. Adjust the Country or Region to say the United States.
5. You will need to restart your system to allow this to take effect.

In Windows 7    

1. Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
   • View by: Small icons.
2. Select Region and Language from the list.
3. In the Formats tab, set the Format to the United States.
4. In the Location Tab, set Current Location: to the United States.
5. In the Administrative Tab, select Change system local. 
   • Change, Current system locale to the United States.
6. Now in the Administrative Tab, select copy settings.
   • Copy Settings to the following:
     • Welcome Screens and system accounts.
     • New user accounts.
7. You will need to restart your system to allow this to take effect.
