Description: This article reviews the Clerk ID displayed within the Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM).
The Clerk ID allows you to track transactions based on the employee who processed that transaction.
Note: The Clerk ID cannot be modified even if the transaction is settled by a different clerk.
This information will sync between your Point-of-Sale (POS) system or Property Management System (PMS) and the LTM platform. This is located on the Basic Transaction Information on an invoice in LTM.
Note: If your POS / PMS does NOT send numeric Clerk IDs when processing, the field will be populated with five zeroes (0000). Likewise, if you are manually entering a transaction into LTM and your log-in has not been assigned a Clerk ID, the Clerk ID will show as 0000.
