Description: One of the first troubleshooting steps is to confirm your current version of Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM). This article reviews that process.
It is beneficial to know what version of LTM you are using. Some applications and other add-ons may require a minimum version to ensure functionality.
After logging in, go to Help > About, and the LTM version information will be displayed in a box on the About page:
You can check the version information for other Shift4 products. If you need the software version of the point of sale (POS) or property management system (PMS), you will need to contact the POS/PMS vendor company for their version information.
