Description: Review how to update the voice referral phone number that is displayed on the point-of-sale software if the current one is invalid below.
Please send the following details to support@shift4.com so this can be updated on your account:

- Your Shift4 account number
- The location name (so we can update the correct location if multiples)
- The old voice referral phone number(s)
- The new referral phone number(s) and the card type associated with this number (e.g., Visa, American Express, Discover, etc.)
- Typically, there is a unique phone number associated to each card brand
Once this is received, a request to update will be placed on the mentioned account and you will be notified once this change is complete.
