What is causing this Error?
The "Internet Explorer Ajax Fail" error in Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) may be caused by temporary internet files on the machine or by the version of Java installed on Internet Explorer.
How do I resolve this Error?
Log out of Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) and clear your browser's Cache and Cookies. Log back in and retry closing the batch. If the issue persists:
- If attempting to close multiple merchant locations at the same time, try closing each location batch separately. Refer to:
- Close by card type by modifying the Viewing Options
- Update the Java version and/or ensure that Java Scripting is enabled on this browser
