What causes this error?
The "Entry Errors Detected Invalid Email Address: [email address]" error indicates that one of the email fields on this page contains an invalid address. This error is generally a result of a user attempting to update the settings page located at Settings > General Settings while logged into Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) as the Administrator user.
How do I resolve this issue?
Ensure that you are entering a valid email address. Multiple addresses in the same field must be separated using a comma ( , ) or semicolon ( ; ). This error message results from an additional blank space being entered after a comma or semicolon separator. For multiple addresses, Lighthouse Transaction Manager does not disregard the space after the separator and sees the space as part of the additional email address(es).
For example, "firstname.lastname@example.org" is seen as “ email@example.com” which is not a valid email address and thus fails validation.
