What causes this error?
An error stating "Batch Preparation in Progress" is caused by one of the following conditions:
- The batch closing process was abandoned midstream by the user leaving the page
- An internet failure caused an interruption of the batching process
How do I resolve this error?
- Log out of Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM)
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Ensure no other user is logged into LTM making edits to the batch in question
- Log back in and attempt the batch settlement again
