The merchant name that shows in Lighthouse Transaction Manager is the same name of the merchant listed on the merchant page in Citadel for this serial number.
To get this name updated, you will need to update the company/merchant name with your merchant service provider (MSP) or independent sales organization (ISO) first. This should be done first because any mismatch of information could cause downgrades or loss of processing.
Once the name has been updated with the MSP or ISO, Account Maintenance Services can process the request for the name change from our side.
