Description: Review how to perform basic It's Your Card (IYC) Gift Card actions from within Lighthouse Transaction Manager (LTM) below. 

To use the Lookup feature to perform a balance lookup, log in to LTM, hover the cursor over the It's Your Card tab, and click Lookup.

Enter the card number in the Card Lookup field and click Lookup.

The balance, load, and transaction history information displays. The transaction history looks like the screenshot below:

Note: It's Your Card (IYC) does NOT allow for voice center balance inquiries. 

IYC is a self-managed gift card system so functions like balance inquiries can be performed at the store level. You can provide balance information directly to customers by using your certified Point of Sale (POS) or Property Management System (PMS) or by using your IYV access in LTM to check the balance as shown in the section above. You can also use SiteBuilder (an IYC add-on service) to create a webpage where customers can check their balances online.
