Description: Resolve input issues such as signature not being captured by recalibrating touchscreen on Ingenico with the steps below.
Telium:
- Hold the [CLEAR] (yellow) and [ – ] (minus key) or [ . ] (period) keys to reboot the device.
- Wait for the device to display the Retail Base Application(RBA) screen.
- Enter the passcode to access the Telium System menu:
- For iSC250/480:
- Enter 2, 6, 3, 4, [ENTER] (Green).
- A screen will display, "Push Plus (+) button for menu."
- Press the [+] button.
- For iPP320/350:
- Press 2, 6, 3, 4, [ENTER] (Green).
- A screen will display after a few seconds stating, "Push the F button for menu." or
- Press any of the F keys. [F1], [F2], [F3], or [F4]
- For iSC250/480:
- Select the Telium Manager.
- Select Initialization.
- Select Hardware.
- Select Calibration.
- RBA 19 or older only: Enter7, 5, 8, 1 when prompted for a Password
- Press the Enter key.
- Press [CANCEL] (Red), until the device asks, "Save Settings and Reboot?"
- Select Yes.
- perform a test transaction to test the signature functionality.
Tetra:
- Hold the [CLEAR] (yellow) and [ – ] (minus key) or [ . ] (period) keys to reboot the device.
- Wait for the device to display the Unified Payment Platform (UPP) screen.
- Enter the passcode to access the Tetra System menu:
- Insert 2, 6, 3, 4, [ENTER]
- Press F for Menu
- Select Control Panel.
- Select Terminal Settings.
- Select Human Interface.
- Select Calibrate Touch.
- The device will display “Please do not touch panel and press any key.”
- Press any key.
- The device will display “Calibration in progress.” and shortly after “Calibration Complete.”
- Press the [CANCEL] button until the device asks to save settings and reboot.
- Select Yes.
- Perform a test transaction to test the signature functionality.
