Description: Modern Ingenico devices will have the model name printed on the face of the device just below the screen, like the image above. Older models should have a manufacturer sticker on the back of the device with the model type.
After identifying the model name/type, you can use the chart below to reboot your device and identify the loaded software.

Depending on the device model type this information can be displayed differently but it will always be displayed in the same order. If this screen passes too quickly, you can always power cycle the device again with no issues to gather this detail.
